Arriving to Carambeí about 1911, originating in Irati, european descent pioneers brought the knowledge cooperativive.  In 1925, they founded to Cooperative Holandeza of Batavian dairy Products and, in 1940, to Cooperative Ltd Batavian Farming.  At present, road of rule, all the output milk jug of the region of General Fields, passes for Carambeí.Created through the Law nº 9,350 of 16 of August of 1990, and installed officially in 01 of January of 1997, was dismembered of Castro.
